With all of our service contracts, we provide 24/7 online service with the ability to check on when, where, and what was done to your equipment. The online service informs our clients of any necessary repairs and the approximate cost. After an approval has been set for the repair, it will be able to tell you a time frame, when parts are due to arrive, and when the work is scheduled to start and finish. This service also provides our clients and their building maintenance personnel anytime-access to a constantly updated maintenance control log. Information on how to access the maintenance control program will be posted in your machine room, according to code. The control program will be made available in your machine room 24/7 for reference.
